Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation and payment verification.

  • During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

  • We ship within India (mainland).

  • We use reputed courier partners (e.g. India Post, Bluedart, Delhivery, etc.).

  • In rare cases, we may use local/regional delivery partners to ensure timely delivery in remote locations.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery pincode, weight, and dimensions of your order.

  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain order value (e.g. ₹X).

  • For orders below that threshold, a flat or variable shipping fee will apply depending on location and weight.

4. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Metro & Tier‑1 cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier‑2 / Tier‑3 cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / hilly / rural areas: 5–10 business days

  • These are estimates only; actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or locality restrictions.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can use that to check delivery status on the courier partner’s website/app.

6. Multiple Shipments

  • In some cases, if items in your order are stocked at different warehouses, we may ship them in separate parcels.

  • Shipping charges will be applied appropriately and reflected at checkout.

7. Shipment Issues & Failed Deliveries

  • If the courier fails to deliver (e.g. address not reachable, recipient unavailable), they will attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • If a package is returned to us because of incorrect address or refusal, we will contact you to confirm redelivery or cancellation.

8. Damaged / Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your package on delivery. If you find visible damage or tampering, refuse the package or note it in writing with the courier.

  • In case of confirmed damage or loss, we will initiate a replacement or refund (at our discretion), after verification with the courier.

9. Cancellation / Modification before Shipping

  • You may request cancellation or modification of your order before it is dispatched.

  • Once the order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation or modification may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
